We took the bus from Tana Toraja back to Makassar (Ujung Pandang) and arrive at Makassar in early morning of Sunday 31st May 2009 about 6:00 a.m. (The bus also stopped at Sultal Hasanuddin before Makassar down town) We got off the bus somewhere in the town as we told the bus driver to drop us the nearest place to Jalan Jampea 28 where Losmen Semeru is located. We took the meter taxi to Losmen Semeru but it was too early in the morning we arrived, it was still closed in the morning and we had to wait until it opened. We paid 80,000 Rp for the room one day. We took a shower and then walked around the town.
นั่งรถบัสจากทานา ตอราจามาทั้งคืนถึงมากัสซาร์ตอนเช้ามืดของวันอาทิตย์ที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2552 ตอนประมาณ 6 โมงเช้า (รถบัสจะจอดส่งคนที่สนามบินสุลต่านฮาซานุดดิน ก่อนเข้าเมืองด้วยครับ) เราบอกให้คนขับจอดส่งเราที่ใกล้ถนน จำเปอา 28 (Jalan Jampea 28) ที่โรงแรมโลสเม็น เซอเมอรู (Losmen Semeru) ตั้งอยู่ พอคนขับจอดลงเราก็ขึ้นแท็กซี่มิเตอร์ต่อไปอีกประมาณ 3 นาทีก็ถึงแล้วครับ แต่เรามาถึงเช้าไปเขายังไม่เปิด โทรเรียกก็ไม่มีใครรับ จะไปหาที่อื่นก็ขี้เกียจจ่ายแท็กซี่อีกเลยต้องรอ ประมาณ 7 โมงเช้าเขาถึงมาเปิดประตู ก็จ่ายค่าห้องไป 80,000 รูเปียห์ครับ (320 บาท) อาบน้ำเสร็จก็ออกเดินเที่ยวครับ
At the front of Jalan Jampea 28 (to Jalan Ahmad Yani) you can see this sign of China Town but just the houses of people around there.
ตรงปากซอยจาลันจำเปอาที่ 28 (เชื่อมต่อกับจาลัน อาหมัด ยานิ : Ahmad Yani) มีป้ายไชน่าทาวน์ด้วยครับ แต่ไม่ยักกะมีร้านค้าเหมือนไชน่าทาวน์บ้านเราครับ มีแต่บ้านคนอยู่อาศัยรอบๆแถวนั้น
We asked a Becak ( the picture above) to take us from Jalan Jampea to Fort Rotterdam as we saw in the map not too far from us but he told us very hight price so we refered to walk.
ตรงปากซอยมีรถสามล้อเรียกว่าเบจัก รอคนอยู่ เราถามราคาไปฟอร์ด ร็อตเตอร์ดัม ลุงแกบอกราคามาประมาณ เกือบสามร้อยบาท เราเลยเดินดีกว่า ขี้เกียจต่อรองราคา เพราะดูแผนที่แล้วไม่ไกลมาก
At the T-junction of Jalan Ahmad Yani and Jalan Pasar Ikan you will see PT Haji Money changer (The same company that we had changed our money in Manado)ตรง 3 แยกที่เชื่อมระหว่างถนนอาหมัดยานิ กับถนน ปาซาร์ อิกัน (ถนน ตลาดปลา) จะมีบริษัทแลกเงินอยู่ PT Haji Money changer ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทเดียวกันกับบริษัทที่เราแลกเงินที่มานาโดครับ
At that T-junction you will see this monument too. ตรง 3 แยกเราก็จะเห็นอนุสาวรีย์นี้ด้วยครับ
From the T-junction there we turned left to Jalan Pasar Ikan and along the way we saw many kiosks and some small local restarants. We had breakfast there with noodle soup.
จาก 3 แยก เราเดินเลี้ยวซ้ายเข้ามาถนน ปาซาร์ อิกัน (Jalan Pasar Ikan) จะเจอร้านค้า ร้านขายของกินตลอดริมทางเดินครับ เราเลยกินก๋วยเตี๋ยวเป็นอาหารเช้าครับ
Not too long walked, we arrived at Fort Rotterdam. This is its entrance. A staff invited us to go inside and regestered in the guest book and he asked for donation (Up to us), we gave 10,000 Rp per person for donation.
เดินไปอีกไม่ไกล ก็จะถึงฟอร์ต ร็อตเตอร์ดัมครับ รูปข้างบนคือทางเข้านะครับ เจ้าหน้าที่เชิญเราให้เข้าไปข้างใน ลงชื่อสมุดเยี่ยม พอลงชื่อเสร็จ เขาก็บอกให้เราบริจาคค่าเข้าชมครับ ตามศรัทธา เราไม่รู้ให้เท่าไหร่ดี ก็เลยควักไปคนละหมื่น รูเปียห์ครับ (สี่สิบบาท)
Fort Rotterdam was originally belonged to Gawa King time about 14th century but was failed to keep out the Dutch. The original fort was rebuilt in Dutch style in the year 1667
ฟอร์ต ร็อตเตอร์ดัมแต่ดั้งเดิมเคยเป็นของกษัตริย์ โกวา ในประมาณ คริสต์ศตวรรษ ที 14 แต่ก็ต้องพ่ายแพ้ก็พวกดัชท์ที่เข้ามารุกราน สมัยล่าอาณานิคม ป้อมปราการเดิมเลยถูกสร้างขึ้นใหม่แบบสถาปัตยกรรมของดัทช์ในปี 1667 ครับ
We still can see the parts of the crumbling wall that have been left. เรายังสามารถเห็นซากปรักหักพังของกำแพง เดิมที่ยังเหลืออยู่ครับ

Opposite to Fort Rotterdam you will see the pier of the boat to go to Pulau Khayangan.ตรงข้ามฟอร์ต ร็อตเตอร์ดัม จะมีท่าเรือไปเกาะคายังกัน ครับผม (Pulau Khayangan)
Pulau Khayangan, the small island where the local people and tourist can go to relax, have somethong to eat. We did not go there because we did not have too much time. The boat ticket to cross to this island was 10,000 Rp per person for return ticket and on Sunday was 15,000 Rp

At the T-junction of Jalan Pasar Ikan and Jalan Metro Tanjung Bunga we did the paddle boat for 1/2 hourตรง 3 แยกระหว่างถนนปาซาร์ อิกัน กับถนนเมโตร ตันจุง บุหงา (ถนนท่าเรือดอกไม้) มีที่เล่นเรือถีบอีกที่ เรามาเล่นที่นี่ประมาณครึ่งชั่วโมงเพื่อชมวิว ไม่เล่นที่ก่อนหน้านี้เพราะคนเยอะ
By paddle boat we went to a small island opposite to Makassar town. Some local people live there. เราถีบเรือถีบไปยังเกาะเล็กๆเกาะหนึ่งอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามเมืองมากัสซาร์ มีชาวบ้านอาศัยอยู่ด้วยครับ
The local people there use this boat when they want to go to the town. ชาวบ้านบนเกาะใช้เรือแบบนี้เวลาขึ้นบนฝั่งครับ
After the paddle boat we took Bemo (the same car like we took in Manado) back to the town for shopping some souvenir before going back home in Makassar Mall then we walked back to the hotel and passed this big stadium.
หลังจากเล่นเรือถีบแล้วก็หาของกินแถวนั้น แล้วก็นั่งรถเบโม่ (แบบเดียวกับมิโครเล็ท ที่มานาโด ครับ)นั่งไปที่มากัซซาร์มอลล์เพื่อซื้อของฝากก่อนกลับบ้านครับ แล้วก็เดินกลับโรงแรม ผ่านสนามกีฬาใหญ่ของเมืองมากัสซาร์ด้วยครับ
Late afternoon we checked-out from Losmen Semeru and took the taxi to Sultan Hasanuddin Airport. We told taxi driver to go up the toll way and we had to pay twice of the toll way, 5,000 Rp and 15,000 Rp and paid for taxi 100,000 Rp
ตอนบ่ายแก่ๆพวกเราเช็คเอาท์จากโรงแรมโลสเม็น เซอเมอรู แล้วขึ้นแท็กซี่ ขึ้นทางด่วนด้วยครับ ราคาค่าทางด่วนสองรอบ รู้สึกจะ 5,000 รูเปียห์ กับ 15,000 รูเปียห์ ครับ ค่าแท็กซี่ แสน รูเปียห์ ก็ถึงสนามบินครับ ระหว่างที่นั่งก็ลุ้นว่าเมื่อไหร่มันจะถึงซะที เพราะมิเตอร์ขึ้นเรื่อยๆครับ เพราะพวกเราไม่คิดว่ามันจะแพงมาก เลยซื้อของกันซะเกือบหมดเงินรูเปียห์แน่ะ
This is check-in counter for Kualalumpur flight AK587 by Air Asia. We did not realize before that we had to pay the departure tax as we had been thought that it was included in our tickets already. But beware! all Air Asia flights from every airports in Indonesia never included the airport tax in the ticket. We had to pay the airport tax 100,000 per person. Unfortunately, we left the rupiah money not enought to pay the airport tax cause we spent it all for souvenir. We had to change the Thai currency to Rupiah at the airport again. The rate was so bad, only 140 Rp per one Baht (normal rate about 250 Rp per one Baht)
เคาน์เตอร์เช็คอิน ของแอร์เอเชียครับ เที่ยวบิน AK587 จากมากัสซาร์ ไปกัวลาลัมเปอร์ เราไม่รู้ว่าต้องจ่ายภาษีสนามบินด้วย เพราะทุกที่เราก็ไม่ต้องจ่าย แต่ระวังนะครับ จำเอาไว้เลย แอร์เอเชียที่บินออกจากสนามบินทุกแห่งของอินโดนีเซีย จะไม่รวมภาษีสนามบินในตั๋วครับ เราดันไปซื้อของฝากกันเกือบหมด ต้องไปแลกเงินไทยเป็นรูเปียห์มาจ่ายภาษีสนามบิน คนละ แสน รูเปียห์ครับ เรทที่สนามบินต่ำมากๆ ได้แค่บาทละ 140 รูเปียห์ แทนที่จะได้ 250 รูเปียห์ ขาดทุนครึ่งๆเลยครับ แต่ก็ต้องแลกเพราเราจะกลับบ้านแล้วครับ อยู่อินโดมาสองอาทิตย์คิดถึงอาหารที่บ้านเราแล้ว พบกันตอนหน้านะครับ สวัสดีครับ
